How Isovara uses your personal data
Who we are
[Legal entity name], trading as Isovara, is the controller of the personal data described here. Registered office: [address]. Company number: [number]. ICO registration: [reference, if registered]. Contact: isovara@outlook.com.
What this website collects
Very little. The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads its fonts and scripts from our own servers, so no third party sees that you visited.
| When | What | Why, and our lawful basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| You send the contact or early-access form | Your name, work email, organisation, role, what you asked for, and anything you wrote | To reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a walkthrough or a pilot. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you made (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); the checkbox on the form confirms you have read this notice | 12 months from your last message, then deleted |
| You email us | Your email and what you wrote | To reply. Legitimate interest, as above | 12 months from the last message in the thread |
| Any page loads | Server logs: IP address, page requested, browser type, time | To keep the site running and secure. Legitimate interest | [30 days; depends on the host chosen] |
We do not use these details for marketing lists, we do not sell them, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
Only the people at Isovara who answer enquiries, and the providers that run our systems on our instructions (processors): [website host, e.g. Cloudflare] for serving the site and its logs, [form service or email provider] for delivering form submissions, and Microsoft Azure (UK South) where our systems run. Where a provider holds data outside the UK, we rely on the UK adequacy regulations for the EEA or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email isovara@outlook.com; we answer within one month.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top. If we change how we use your details in a material way, we email you if we have your address.
