Every bordereau, one standard.

Upload a bordereau as it arrives, map it to your standard once, and validate every delivery the same way, with the evidence an auditor will ask for.

Illustration with fictional data. Issues found and Ready for review depend on validation, which is in development.

Delegated authority runs on data nobody fully trusts.

Bordereaux carry the premium, claims and exposure of a binder from the people who write the business to the people who carry the risk. The files are critical and the process is still manual.

  • Every coverholder sends a different file

Forty binders, forty layouts. "Insured", "Assured Name" and "Policyholder" are the same column, and someone reconciles them by hand every month.

  • Errors are found late, in the wrong place

A missing policy number surfaces in the carrier’s report, weeks after the file arrived, and the fix lives in an email thread nobody can audit.

  • The evidence is scattered

The original file is on a shared drive, the corrected one in someone’s downloads, the rules in a macro. Explaining a figure means archaeology.

  • The tools were never built for this

Spreadsheets, generic ETL and legacy BDX portals each solve a corner of the job and leave the people in the middle to glue them together.

One pipeline from the file you receive to the data you can stand behind.

Isovara is configuration-driven: the first file goes in before anything is set up, and what you teach it about one coverholder's bordereau is kept for every one after.

Built for the whole bordereau lifecycle, labelled honestly.

Available is in the product today. In development is being built. Planned is where we are going, and we would like design partners to shape it.

Intake and mapping

Available

A CSV in the sender's own layout goes in before anything is set up. Map each source column to your Core Configuration once; the Feed keeps it for every later delivery, and one source column can feed several fields.

  • Assured NameInsured name
  • Gross PremGross written premium

Readiness and next actions

Available

A file that cannot be processed yet says why (Mapping required, Context required) and who does what next.

Issue-led correction

Planned

Fix from the list, not the whole file. Every change is a revision that is revalidated.

Access, isolation and integration

  • Available

    Organisations and access

Invite your team, set admin and member roles, connect your company sign-in.

  • In development

    Database per tenant

Each organisation’s data in its own database and file store behind a separate control plane.

  • Planned

    APIs, webhooks and connectors

Submit and subscribe from your systems; files picked up from mailboxes and SFTP.

Validation on every delivery

In development

Required fields, formats, dates, currencies and reconciling totals, with each issue naming the rows it affects.

Fictional data

Traceability

In development

Source versions, configuration versions, runs and actors kept together per submission, so a figure can be traced back later.

Automation that proposes. People who approve.

Isovara is being built so that the repetitive parts of bordereaux work, mapping a new Feed, spotting a movement that breaks the pattern, fixing the same issue for the fifth month running, are suggested by the platform and approved by a person. Every suggestion shows its reasoning, and every accepted change is a revision that is revalidated. Nothing changes your data on its own.
  • Planned AI-assisted onboarding: a new Feed's columns suggested from the file and your Core Configuration
  • Planned Suggested corrections for issues Isovara has seen before, with Accept and Reject
  • Planned Anomaly detection on premium and claims movements, run to run
  • Planned Natural-language questions over validated data

Convert from USD at the binder's agreed rate (1.27): $14,200.00 → £11,181.10. The same pattern was accepted on 4 earlier files from this Feed.

Security and trust

Your data, your tenant, your region.

Enterprise buyers ask where the data lives, who can reach it and how we prove it. We answer on the page. Built means it exists in Isovara's environment and has been verified by us; nothing here has carried customer data yet.

  • In development

    Database per tenant

Your organisation’s data in its own database and its own file container, never a shared table.

  • In development

    Separate control plane

Sign-in and organisation membership already live apart from customer data; routing each request to its tenant’s own database is being built.

  • Built

    Company sign-in

Email or your company’s identity provider through a brokered sign-in; one SSO connection per organisation.

  • Built

    UK hosting on Microsoft Azure

Bordereaux and business data in Azure UK South; sign-in identity data in Microsoft’s Europe geography.

  • Built

Encryption in transit and at rest

TLS on every connection; Azure-managed encryption for databases and file storage; secrets in Key Vault with managed identities.

  • In development

    Audit trail

Every submission keeps its source versions, runs and actors; an exportable audit record is being added.

Direction, not a delivery promise. The full roadmap has every item by audience, and a way to tell us which ones matter to you.

Bring one of your bordereaux.

Early stage, on purpose. We are choosing a small number of MGAs, coverholders and insurers to shape Isovara around their real monthly files. Design partners get early access, a direct line to the team, and a say in what gets built next.
